It is based on a central virus-scanning daemon and includes a mail scanner, an on-demand scanner and an on-access scanner all controlled through a simple user interface. Although designed as a solution for individual desktops, and priced accordingly, the level of performance is closer to that normally delivered by server antivirus software.

The Mac+PC Edition product license is for Mac users ONLY with BOTH the Mac operating system and MS Windows installed on the same machine. It comprises both the Mac Edition and Professional Edition and will enable you to SAVE 37% compared to purchasing both products individually.

System Requirements/Support Platforms

Intel-based machines:

Any Intel-based Mac, Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger or Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, with 128 MB of RAM (256MB preferred) and 50 MB of free hard disk space.

PowerPC-based machines

PowerPC G3 Mac or higher, Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger or Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, with 128 MB of RAM (256MB preferred) and 50 MB of free hard disk space.

Please note, for the avoidance of doubt: Mac OS X 10.0, 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3 aren't supported, nor is any Mac OS previous to OS X.
