License terms

1. UserGate is licensed on a "per user" or "per connection" basis. So you can use one license for one server with specified number of concurrent connections. The number of connections or users means the number of hosts accessing UserGate Proxy Server.

2. All minor upgrades (to versions 5.1, 5.2 etc) are provided free of charge.

3. Antivirus and antispam modules are licensed on a "per year" basis. Base license includes subscription for the first year.

Educational discounts

Entensys Corporation recognizes the need to provide a special discount to education and government organizations. We provide educational institutions a 40% discount for UserGate proxy server. For ordering details, please, contact us at sales@nichekonsult.com.
